Thanks for reaching out — we’re here to help! We’ve received your request to return your item(s), and we’re happy to walk you through the next steps. Please read the instructions and complete the form.

STEP #1

To begin your return, please confirm the following:

1.             Order Number:

2.             Item(s) You’re Returning:

3.             Reason for Return: [Brief explanation, optional but helpful]

4.             Item Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

STEP #2

Once confirmed, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization email that will include a prepaid return label (if eligible) along with return instructions. We ask that you ship your item back within 7 business days of receiving the label. There is a $5 restocking fee for each order.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Confirmation inside the package. Print and place the shipping label to the package. Ship the item to the address printed on the shipping label.

STEP #3

After we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, minus the $5 restocking fee.
