Returns & Exchange Policy:

At MODISTIC, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, cotton, garments designed for the modern traveler. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

MODISTIC encourages re-using your original shipment package for exchanges/returns. 

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. There is a $5 restocking fee for each order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at returns@modisticllc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization email with detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the Return Authorization Confirmation inside the package. Print and place the shipping label to the package. Ship the item to the address printed on the shipping label.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, minus the $5 restocking fee. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please complete the form below. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Toilet seat covers

  • Remote control covers

  • Disposable items

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please complete the form below. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

7. Return Address

Please send all returns to the address provided by our customer service team when you receive your return confirmation email and shipping label.

MODISTIC offers domestic and international shipping.

Delivery methods:

Standard: delivery within 7-21 business days

Express: delivery within 4-7 business days

Next day: delivery within 2-3 business days
